College Boy Physicals isn’t a medical fetish site – it’s a playful hardcore site in medical exam room sets with some exam-like action taking place before we get to the action. The “patients” are college age, so expect guys in their twenties, and the “doctors” or “nurses” are often the same age, although in the earliest videos, you’ll find some doctors in their thirties. This site is from the same folks who bring us Broke Straight Boys, and we’ll go into the extras in a bit.
Besides the white medical coats and exam rooms with medical posters and paraphernalia, the most medical things you’ll find here are guys getting their blood pressure taken or chests listened to, although the older vids have doctors getting semen samples… er… by hand. The newer videos mostly get to the sucking and fucking after a short exam. The videos usually start with the doctors/nurses asking why the patient is there, although a surprising number of episodes have patient-on-patient action or doctor and coach on patient action.
College Boy Physicals offers members 766 videos in MP4 format, and these are exclusive to the site. The newer downloadable videos are sized at 1280×720 at good amateur quality plus there are smaller sizes while the oldest videos, although listed as HD, are sized at 720×540 plus smaller sizes at decent quality. All the videos can be streamed on your desktop and mobiles, although I wouldn’t recommend going full screen on larger screens with the oldest videos.
Every episode also comes with a gallery. The pics are all screencaps, the newer at 900×600 at good amateur quality while the oldest are larger at 1280×720 but lower quality. You can download the pics you like individually or save entire sets in zip files, and while there are no slideshows, you can navigate from pic to pic using the arrows on the lower left of each picture.
Members get access to three bonus sites from the same company. The first, Broke Straight Boys, has over 2,000 exclusive videos and updates once a week. Next is Straight Boys Jerk Off, which no longer adds new content, but has its own exclusive content. I did run into some downsides. There are 2 pre-checked cross sales on the billing page, but if you’re not interested, they’re easy to uncheck. The non-rebilling month membership costs $34.90 more than the recurring monthly, which you can cancel at any time. There’s a pop-up on the join page. And finally, updates. None of the CollegeBoyPhysicals updates are dated, so while the site has grown since last year, I have no way to know how frequent or how regular updates are.
